My first visit to this salon was AMAZING. It was a bit expensive, but it was well worth every penny. Sherry did an awesome job on my color and Monsour cut my hair exactly like the picture I brought it. He had a very unique technique for haircutting. I was 100% satisfied. I received so many compliments....my husband loved it. HOWEVER, when my hair grew out, I went back to have it re-done. I wanted the same thing because it was so great before. That is not what I got. Sherry did a great job on the color again, she is amazing. But, the cut Monsour gave me was not even close to what he did before, although he swore to me it was. I watched him very closely the first time and the technique he used this time wasn't even the same. I kept expecting it to look better then all of a sudden, he sprayed it and handed me the mirror. I was very surprised that he considered it finished. I mentioned it and he did a few little tweaks but I finally just said never mind and got out of the chair. I figured I would come home and play with it and make it look better. Well, I have tried. I can't really do much with it. I hate it. But, my hair grows quickly. Please don't get me wrong, this is a VERY NICE salon and everybody there is super friendly and talented. I know firsthand that Mansour is an artist. But for some reason, he was not able to recreate the masterpiece from the first visit.

Ive been in multiple times but have not gotten what I have asked for . The Stylist was super nice , place was amazing just wish they would listen to what I am wanting .

I haven't had my hair cut since February. I understand that it's important to get regular haircuts. However, I'm a single mom and I just don't have the money to do that. When I first sat down the woman asked how long it had been since I had a haircut, as she was looking at my ends. I told her a long while and she asked if I wanted to get one that day - I told her I didn't have time but I would do so as soon as I could. Fast forward to the end of her styling my hair. She started sweeping my hair from the back forward and said "you'll need to bring your hair forward to look longer because your ends..." and I said "are thin?". Her response was "that's putting it nicely". Now, I've thought about this interaction for days because I'm still not convinced I heard her correctly - I mean, would someone really say that? However, I'm positive that's what she said. I used money that I didn't really have to spend to try to feel and look nice for the holiday party I was going to that evening. However, I was so self conscious after that remark that I regretted spending the money. I understand I need a haircut and if I had the ability to maintain a regular interval of cuts, I would. But, that comment was so hurtful and I don't feel anyone should be left with the feeling of being inadequate.

I was disappointed that after being asked if I wanted my hair thinned out and I said no, I like it full, that I left with half the hair volume as when I arrived. I had high expectations as the stylist was recommended to me.

Hair cut was way shorter than I wanted it to be. Expressed I wanted to keep my length with 2-3 in taken off due to dead ends. I ended up with close to 6in taken off. Also whatever products was used made my naturally fluffy/volumized hair hair flat and oily. The hair stylist couldn’t even style my hair accordingly not she she knew how to. I’ve never had that experience even when getting my hair cut. Definitely not happy with what I received.
