Shampoo was mediocre. It would have been nice to get the FULL head of hair scrubbed, including the back of the neck area. Also, the scrubbing could have been a bit harder to ensure complete cleanliness.

My haircut was amazing as always, however I spent 200$ for a bayalage and due to it not “lifting” she ended up putting a darker color Over top and it now looks the exact same as I came. Everyone who I showed it to after said they couldn’t even tell. Even if there was a diff dimension I wouldn’t of minded. I should of been offered some type Of discount as it turned out to be nothing I wanted. So 325$ later I left w a haircut basically and same Color hair I showed up with.

My stylist was nice but I showed her a picture of the way I wanted my hair cut; it was a picture of my hair from the front, sides and back with a cut done by a prior stylist. The stylist took the liberty of cutting my hair and styled it her own way and I did not like the end result. I also didn’t like that she used clippers for most of the cut. I originally thought it was just to straighten things out but it turned out a majority of the cut was with clippers. If I wanted that type of cut, I could have gone to Supercuts and get the same result... a haircut I wouldn’t like.

This is the third time that I’ve come to the salon. The two times I’ve come before, I’ve received amazing service and have recommended the salon. However, I do have a couple of complaints including this last visit. I was grossly disappointed this last time as my colorist (who is amazing) was overbooked and didn’t have time to wash my hair or blow dry it. The receptionist washed my hair and then blow dried my hair and she did an awful job. Why couldn’t someone trained and specialized in hair do my hair. It was clear she didn’t know what she was doing or that she was just being trained. For the amount of money I spend I do not want the receptionist doing my hair. I want someone who can take care of me and pamper me like my colorist. In addition, I’ve called the salon on several occasions and have been told that they need to call me back because they are with a client. I end up being called back hours later. One time I was called back the next day. That is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. It’s a shame that I’m already seeing flaws and issues within your salon. I’ve only been going here a short time. For the amount of money you charge, your clients expect superb service. If I don’t receive that, I will find another place to get my hair done. Please PLEASE get it right. I don’t want to find another place. But I will if this continues.
