Ive been in multiple times but have not gotten what I have asked for . The Stylist was super nice , place was amazing just wish they would listen to what I am wanting .

My first visit to this salon was AMAZING. It was a bit expensive, but it was well worth every penny. Sherry did an awesome job on my color and Monsour cut my hair exactly like the picture I brought it. He had a very unique technique for haircutting. I was 100% satisfied. I received so many compliments....my husband loved it. HOWEVER, when my hair grew out, I went back to have it re-done. I wanted the same thing because it was so great before. That is not what I got. Sherry did a great job on the color again, she is amazing. But, the cut Monsour gave me was not even close to what he did before, although he swore to me it was. I watched him very closely the first time and the technique he used this time wasn't even the same. I kept expecting it to look better then all of a sudden, he sprayed it and handed me the mirror. I was very surprised that he considered it finished. I mentioned it and he did a few little tweaks but I finally just said never mind and got out of the chair. I figured I would come home and play with it and make it look better. Well, I have tried. I can't really do much with it. I hate it. But, my hair grows quickly. Please don't get me wrong, this is a VERY NICE salon and everybody there is super friendly and talented. I know firsthand that Mansour is an artist. But for some reason, he was not able to recreate the masterpiece from the first visit.

This is the third time that I’ve come to the salon. The two times I’ve come before, I’ve received amazing service and have recommended the salon. However, I do have a couple of complaints including this last visit. I was grossly disappointed this last time as my colorist (who is amazing) was overbooked and didn’t have time to wash my hair or blow dry it. The receptionist washed my hair and then blow dried my hair and she did an awful job. Why couldn’t someone trained and specialized in hair do my hair. It was clear she didn’t know what she was doing or that she was just being trained. For the amount of money I spend I do not want the receptionist doing my hair. I want someone who can take care of me and pamper me like my colorist. In addition, I’ve called the salon on several occasions and have been told that they need to call me back because they are with a client. I end up being called back hours later. One time I was called back the next day. That is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. It’s a shame that I’m already seeing flaws and issues within your salon. I’ve only been going here a short time. For the amount of money you charge, your clients expect superb service. If I don’t receive that, I will find another place to get my hair done. Please PLEASE get it right. I don’t want to find another place. But I will if this continues.

Should the back should be straight as it’s a long bob

My stylist was nice but I showed her a picture of the way I wanted my hair cut; it was a picture of my hair from the front, sides and back with a cut done by a prior stylist. The stylist took the liberty of cutting my hair and styled it her own way and I did not like the end result. I also didn’t like that she used clippers for most of the cut. I originally thought it was just to straighten things out but it turned out a majority of the cut was with clippers. If I wanted that type of cut, I could have gone to Supercuts and get the same result... a haircut I wouldn’t like.
