Manager was very rude after going back twice because the first trip was horrible the color of my hair was nothing the photo I showed them it was embarrassing to go out in public when I go back to get it fixed they tried fixing it but it still is not what I asked for and after being charge $230 for my hair to be colored definitely isn’t worth it....manger was rude told me I was 30mins late when I was only 10 was suppose to have hair cute also but because of me being 10mins late they wouldn’t cute it

I asked for my hair to be styled and my split ends to be cut. Maintain some length if possible but if not I understood. Instead I left with split ends still there and my hair still looking the same. I can get that for much cheaper somewhere else.

I have always had my haircut wet, and this salon cut mine was cut wet then blow dried it then fried jt with a straightener, then cut some more. The straightener was so excessive and my hair was friend and smelled burnt and she repeatedly straightened over and over my hair and it’s naturally straight. Even with it being perfectly straight, it was not symmetric and the under layer sticks out so bad when I look down. I just did not appreciate my hair being absolutely fried after I just had 5 inches cut off to get it healthy. I also did not appreciate that I had to ask my stylist to make my face framing pieces the same length when I have a middle part. One side was one inch longer than the other, and I had to say cut it to be even, and it still was not even after she attempted to correct it. I will not be coming back to this salon.

Hair styling was good but makeup by crystal was terrible...I told her the foundation made my face darker than my neck and the response was we told have your shade.I washed my face once I returned home ,wasting $55.

I was so excited to have my hair & makeup done for the event I was attending this past Saturday night. I was beyond disappointed in the end result of both my hair and makeup. The person who did my makeup asked me for a picture of what I was wanting.... and then proceeded to completely ignore it. (Like for example, I wanted a dark red lip- what I got was a bright Barbie hot pink). My hair stylist was supposed to give me loose waves, and instead teased my hair to the point of it resembling a wasps nest. I walked out of there looking like a member of Jersey shore. I never spend money on myself & I’m so mad that I wasted so much money at this location. Both the makeup artist and hair stylist were nice & I hate confrontation so I didn’t want to say anything & honestly had no time for anyone to even attempt to fix the disaster that was my face and hair.

I came in for a haircut with almost 22"(wavy) hair and left with 16" bone straight hair. Imagine how it looks now that i washed it and curled. Yeah my hair is now just upto my shoulders. I specifically told my hairstylist not to reduce the length of my hair, but he still did it his way. I'm utmost disappointed with my hairstyle. He had me face the other side of the mirror while cutting my hair and did even check with me on the length. WTH! I never felt welcomed there and he and the staff are uptight with me the entire time i'm there. I will not come back here and i will not recommend anyone to go here. Oh, did I mention he thinned my hair without even asking me if I want to. I like my thick hair and this guy just ruined my hair.
