The salon staff was attentive, kind and accommodating to my family. Both my daughters received great haircuts and the fun atmosphere kept them engaged and happy. This was our first visit to this salon and we will certainly be back.

The place is cute and fun but getting worn. The stylists would benefit from some training in customer service. Not very friendly with children at all. They do a fine job cutting hair but little charm.

Although I have received services from cookie cutters before but today's experience was not pleasant. Prices were always high and with high price you expect high quality service. Its not customer's problem that tthey overbooked themselves or tired. Nowhere they have indicated that for each child they only have 15 minutes. For a child you charge $26 dollars and you also want a simple haircut and no additional request. Will never take my kids again and then the lady in the counter tells you how much tip you should be paying. Demand less and provide a better service. Zero star 👎🏻👎🏻

Helen cut my son‘s hair and his hairline in the back is so bad and the haircut is so incredibly bad. It is the worst haircut my son has ever had and I want my money back quite frankly. I’ve never asked for that before in my life and I gave the woman a nice tip to even though his hair looks absolutely terrible, and he clearly has no idea how to cut or shape a little boy hair/hairline.

The late policy for appointments seems overly aggressive for a kid’s haircut place. I was ten minutes late for my appointment (snowing, 30 minute drive, trouble parking, and dealing with a three year old and an infant). I was told since I was 10 minutes late I had to sit and wait with my infant and 3 y/o for the next customer to get to the salon and get their haircut done until we could be seen. As a parent with young kids being timely can be a challenge and I didn’t think I was overly late to where I needed to be treated that harshly. We waited for the next kid to get to the salon, have their 5 minute haircut, and then my son got his 5 minute haircut. The haircut was fine. The whole situation felt completely unnecessary as 5 minute haircuts don’t set the schedule THAT far behind. It would have been a little nicer experience if the receptionist could have been a little more understanding of the circumstances (snow, parking trouble, and infant) and just seen my child when we came in. Felt overly aggressive to be so incredibly strict around the “company policies”. The “owner” was blamed for these strict policies. Whoever the “owner” is, maybe just a little more compassion for parents with young kids, we aren’t trying to be late, sometimes things happen though. I was so thrown off by this unnecessary reaction to being 10 minutes late. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Staff was extremely rude. For a kids place they should be used to kids being fussy and needing more time. She tried rushing everything, was harsh and was getting irritated when asked to slow down. My child has never cried this much during a haircut. Better off going to a traditional barber who has 1000times more patience then the staff here.
