POSITIVE EXPERIENCE IN THE END! We showed up for our 12:00 appointment at 11:55 and they told us we were late and that they weren’t going to be able to get us in. They said our appointment was for 11:45, I then showed them the email we received from cookie cutters that did indeed say our appointment was at 12:00pm. So I don’t know what happened, it kind of seems like they may have just double booked us or something. We were a frustrated because the staff took a “well this is what we have on our end” approach. I totally understand scheduling issues happen. There maybe some kind of hiccup with the software or scheduling process in general. Overall we ended up having a great experience. The hair cut turned out great and the stylist was super friendly and good with our son during the appointment. The two girls that were there ended up giving us a $10 discount at checkout for the inconvenience. The two stylists did a great job at turning a negative experience for our first time at cookie cutters into a positive one. We didn’t ask for the discount or anything like that, but I am grateful they went out of there way because now we will definitely be going back.

I had an appointment for 10:15 but didn’t end up being seen until 10:45. The stylist was very kind of made it a good experience for my child though. Only complaint on wait time when I had an appointment

My one little complaint is I think in the future you should brush or vacuum the hair off their clothes. Otherwise I was very happy and he looks so handsome.

There seems to be a very high turn over of employees at this location, which makes it really difficult to find a hair person we like and want to stick with. We have seen Chelsea a couple of times and she is exceptional. Really friendly and is very thorough and fast. One thing that would be really helpful is if pictures of stylists were uploaded onto the booking part of the app. And also when you request someone online if you were actually booked with that person. Also, I was a bit disappointed to see the prices on a kids cut raised to $19 a cut. Unless I can buy the prepaid card that makes each cut $14, I don't know if my overall experience at cookie cutters is worth $19 per cut.

Our stylists were very professional! Loved them but the front desk girl….. not so much she is loosing this location a lot of money! Where does it state in the appointment making and confirmation that if you are 10 minutes that you will not be seen? Luckily our stylist was kind enough to see us, even though I tried to call and let them know we would be 10 min late but did not get an answer. But then saw numerous people turned away for being 10 min late!! Does she not know what it takes to get kids in a car and out the door?! And if this is your policy I suggest be stated somewhere! I can’t imagine the money being lost! I am very annoyed and may not go back to this location because of this experience! And I’m a return customer since opening!

Our stylist, Michelle, is amazing. I have been bringing my 7 year old boy to her for the past couple haircuts and she does a great job. And SO fast! 15 minutes and we were all done. She seemed to remember us which kind of surprised me. She looked at the notes from his previous haircut and knew exactly what we wanted, when we didn’t even know how to ask for what we wanted. She was really sweet to him and didn’t push him to make small talk as he was mostly interested in playing his video game. Haha
