Everything that was wonderful about this visit was Michelle. We have gone to cookie cutters two other times and had one pretty good experience and one horrible experience. We tried again, this time with Michelle. She was patient, confident, and so, so loving towards my special needs child. He screamed the whole haircut (per usual). Even with the tears and screaming, she was fast and did a phenomenal job with the actual hair cut. My sweet boy doesn’t usually let people hold him, but he just snuggled with Michelle after the hair cut was done. I was in tears from her empathy. The actual facility is maintained well. It is clean and welcoming.
