We were met with “I have 7 minutes”. No hi or anything. (We weren’t later than 5 minutes to our appointment). The girl cutting my son’s hair was going too fast so my son was wincing. She nicked the back of his neck twice and his haircut wasn’t even in the front which I fixed myself. My son is 5 and isn’t a typically squirmy kid while getting his haircut, and we have seen this hairdresser for over a year. VERY disappointed and upset with how we were treated this last time. NOT happy.

The only issue was I waited for 30 minutes even though I had an appointment and the haircut took 15 mins. I don’t understand how it could be so long of a wait when people have to have reservations and the cuts are so quick!

We have been using Cookies Curtes for a while now and have always loved it. We met Bayley and I want to say how amazing, loving and caring she is. My son doesn't like having his head touched but she did it so calmly that he didn't mind. Thank you for making our visit a hassle-free one.
