Very frustrating to get a hair cut in a rush, they work so quick and don't take time to do a quality work. More than $20 for a kids hair cut is ridiculous if you get a low quality. First and last time there. Stay away from this salon.

Worse hair cut ever, they tried to finish very quick but their work is not profesional. Very expensive for what we get. Longer pieces of hair, and one side longer than de other.

I have taken my children to the Spanish Fork location for many years and this was the first time Ive ever questioned whether I want to bring my kid back. There were four ladies there and I could tell they were all new and not very experienced. I made it very clear that my wedding was on Saturday and thats why we were here getting his hair cut. The lady that did it was very nice but I could tell she was struggling with what to do and how to cut his hair. I wasn't liking how it was looking which was hard for me cause Im not one to complain and didn't want to hurt the employees feelings but it was horrible. It wasn't even and wasn't even close to being blended in. She asked me what I thought and I stated Im not sure if it the hair cut or my sons head looks funny? Honestly Id didn't know what to say? Im so grateful the employee reached out to the manager to come look at it and then the manager took over and was giving her advice. I wanted so badly to ask if the manager could just finish my sons hair cause I didn't trust the girl that started it. Between the two of them going back and forth we got done with my sons hair 43 minutes later. I don't think I'll be going back there anytime soon until they can get some employees with experience. With the price we pay I would expect to feel confident that I can trust your employees to cut my children's hair.

I took my 3 year old in for an overdue haircut knowing he would probably freak out throughout the experience which would make it challenging for everyone. Julia did an amazing job working around his panic with great results. She was so patient and calm with him throughout.

I love taking my boys to Cookie Cutters in Spanish Fork, Utah. The stylists are always so kind to them and do a great job cutting their hair

It seemed like there were a few new employees in today. We were called up to go next, then we stood up and there was no direction of what they wanted us to do, I had to ask if she wanted us to pick a station. No introduction, I have no clue who cut my kids hair. Then when we were done we weren’t brought up to the front, my kids weren’t offered a balloon or sucker(so they helped themselves) I literally could have walked right out the door without paying, that’s the kind of chaos there was today. I had to tell the girl at the front that we were done and needed to pay for my boys’ hair cuts. We have always had a great experience, the last two times we were in it’s changed and not for the better. I can’t comment on the last visits experience because my husband took them, but I can tell you that I was not satisfied with their cuts. Dad being a dad could obviously care less, when I saw them I was sad, the hair wasn’t blended and the lines weren’t straight, we called our one boy Lloyd Christmas from dumb and dumber because the way his hair was cut around the front. It looked like they put a bowl on his head and cut around it. I would have brought them back in myself to have it fixed but my work hours are the same as yours and it’s hard to get in there. I will say I learned a hard lesson that day, don’t send dad to get their hair cuts. We have tried other places in the past, and can go somewhere less expensive, but you get what you pay for, another hard lesson learned, but returned because of the experience we have previously had. We will go back again and hope to have a better experience next time, but i live by the “3 strikes your out” rule, if we have a 3rd negative experience, we will have to find somewhere else.
