Shannon was great, super kind person very friendly! She chatted with me and was very kind I was sitting by the candy in a chair while he got his hair cut, a boy who had just got done with his haircut and was walked over to get some candy. Boy didn't seem to be acting rude just excited to have a piece of candy, the stylist at the counter was very rude to him/aggressive. She very dramatically told the boy "the candy is right there, just chill out, calm down". It was so uncalled for. The boys mom didn't see her do it, but if I was her mom I would have been upset. She was so immature and aggressive, I found it odd and it honestly surprised me. After the incident, she seemed overall normal and stopped being crazy. She was a tall girl with short dark reddish hair, very thin. She needs to be accountable for that. The kid is like 8 years old. Its was like the girl had a mood swing out of no where and took it out on the kid. So odd jonestly like I said I've never seen that before.
