We love coming to Cookie Cutters and seeing Chelsea. She is patient, quick, and efficient! My son loves her (one of the only adults he'll talk to without being shy) - he honestly looks forward to getting haircuts! Chelsea has become a friend to us and we appreciate her and her hard work so much!
