I’ve been taking my non-verbal autistic grandson here for haircuts for a couple of years now. Everyone is so understanding and so kind to him. We love the service and the quality of cuts. We will continue to use Cookie Cutters for as long as we can. Highly recommend.

We asked for a enough hair we could put his hair in a faux hawk style like usual. He had about 3 inches of hair on top. But the stylist buzzed the entire thing. We didn’t even get the chance to stop her on the top, because she buzzed right through the center of his head so there was no stopping her at that point. We didn’t want to make a scene but never in all of the times we have come her her this happened. We tell them the same thing every time and we always get what we ask for, but today was not the case. I don’t know if there was a miscommunication or something. But we were in and out in 5 mins with a cut we didn’t ask for. We’re just a little frustrated about that.
