Appointment was at 4:45, didnt get done till 5:25. Way too long. Wasnt impressdd with the wait time. Also cut hair alot shorter than I wanted.

Stylists were very nice. There was kind of a long wait. My sons haircut was longer on one side than the other and my wife had to cut it a little to fix it, but around the ears and neck were done very nice and clean. Overall it was an okay haircut.

Very sweet to do a fun Halloween style on my daughter. I feel the price for a simple toddler haircut is a little high.

I really like the cookie cutter. The employee J was fun and did a good job with my wiggley son. But I'm kind of upset that I paid 17.98 for a baby first hair cut package and it said it came with a baby first hair cut certificate and photo but I only got a piece of his hair and when I bought it up she said here his hair and that was it. I drove 20 minutes to get there because our store was closed and I would of gone somewhere cheeper.

The only issue was I waited for 30 minutes even though I had an appointment and the haircut took 15 mins. I don’t understand how it could be so long of a wait when people have to have reservations and the cuts are so quick!

I feel very satisfied with the haircuts my son has received. The only complaint and worry I have is seeing the price go up over the last few months. I am worried it will continue to be raised over the months and we would sadly have to go somewhere else. We love the environment and are happy with each person who has cut his hair.
