It seemed like there were a few new employees in today. We were called up to go next, then we stood up and there was no direction of what they wanted us to do, I had to ask if she wanted us to pick a station. No introduction, I have no clue who cut my kids hair. Then when we were done we weren’t brought up to the front, my kids weren’t offered a balloon or sucker(so they helped themselves) I literally could have walked right out the door without paying, that’s the kind of chaos there was today. I had to tell the girl at the front that we were done and needed to pay for my boys’ hair cuts. We have always had a great experience, the last two times we were in it’s changed and not for the better. I can’t comment on the last visits experience because my husband took them, but I can tell you that I was not satisfied with their cuts. Dad being a dad could obviously care less, when I saw them I was sad, the hair wasn’t blended and the lines weren’t straight, we called our one boy Lloyd Christmas from dumb and dumber because the way his hair was cut around the front. It looked like they put a bowl on his head and cut around it. I would have brought them back in myself to have it fixed but my work hours are the same as yours and it’s hard to get in there. I will say I learned a hard lesson that day, don’t send dad to get their hair cuts. We have tried other places in the past, and can go somewhere less expensive, but you get what you pay for, another hard lesson learned, but returned because of the experience we have previously had. We will go back again and hope to have a better experience next time, but i live by the “3 strikes your out” rule, if we have a 3rd negative experience, we will have to find somewhere else.

After getting my son home there are several places that were missed. I showed her how I style his hair in a little no hawk with tapered sides that are short. When she cut the top it’s all the same length and won’t style at all. Except this tiny little point. This isn’t the first time this has happened. The last three times he’s had his hair cut here it is never done well. I’m so sad because we love cookie cutters. I have been bring my kids to the different locations for years. However I feel Like the attention to detail is becoming lower. His hair is not a hard cut and he sits really still. The girls are always so nice and patient. But I feel like the quality of the cut is poor. I’ve seen several different stylists and had similar experiences. We truly miss Aimee she was amazing.

we have gone to cookie cutters for a while now just because its the only kid friendly salon around here. my son got his hair cut yesterday and when he was done he had a big cut and scraped from the hair dresser on his neck. he was in pain and the hair dresser didnt say anything to me about it. i probably wont take him back to the same lady again. oh and she also botched his hair..

I have had lots of health issues and have been weak lately so I wanted someone else to cut my son's hair this time. Hair wasn't cut evenly or blended. You can't teach someone how to cut hair that should already know, so I had to fix it all at home. Saved me no time or energy, and I spent over 20 dollars to basically cut his hair myself.

The stylist that cut our sons hair has done it twice and has butchered it both times. Will be going somewhere else next time.

I know my kid has a weird shaped head but she barely tried. Not impressed, especially for $20.
