We asked for top of shoulder length, and it ended up at her earlobes. Julia had to come and basically save her hair from going any shorter, it was fixed, but still shorter than I ever would have wanted it.

Her stylist was super nice, but it was very rushed and she hardly took time with her hair. It is very choppy, and uneven in the back. We come here all the time and are always happy with the outcome, but this time was super disappointing.

We loved our visit and had such great service! Everyone that was there were so nice and welcoming! Rita cut my fiancé’s hair and my baby’s. She did amazing with my baby and gave my fiancé the exact cut we wanted! We will definitely be returning and recommending to friends and family!!

We asked for a enough hair we could put his hair in a faux hawk style like usual. He had about 3 inches of hair on top. But the stylist buzzed the entire thing. We didn’t even get the chance to stop her on the top, because she buzzed right through the center of his head so there was no stopping her at that point. We didn’t want to make a scene but never in all of the times we have come her her this happened. We tell them the same thing every time and we always get what we ask for, but today was not the case. I don’t know if there was a miscommunication or something. But we were in and out in 5 mins with a cut we didn’t ask for. We’re just a little frustrated about that.

Michelle is the best of the best!:) She always gives Britton the best haircut with the cutest hard part! We love her and will keep coming back again and again!
