At first when I looked and checked, the length was fine but when I came back home and washed my hair, one side of my hair is a lot longer than the other. Like 1/2in which is very noticeable. It also took 13min to cut my hair during my 30min appointment. Other salons, same price/style would use AT LEAST 30min to cut my hair.

My hairdresser never even told me her name. Her station had no name for me to reference nor were there any licenses hanging on the wall. She combed over my ears and when I got home one them was bleeding. My hair cut was average, not exactly what I wanted. She didn’t ask what side I part my hair on nor if I wanted it styled straight or curly like the photo I referenced. My hairdresser was sincere but she did talk about other clients and how the ladies talk in the back. Not very professional IMO. I won’t be coming back.

Came in wanting a long hair cut, was convinced out of my inspo look (a LONG bob). What I recieved is what I would consider to be a mid to shot hair cut. Over 6-8 inches was cut off and I'm pissed as i wanted it tovstay LONG. I also feel like it is my fault for going with the stylists reccomendation and for taking off my glasses, as then I had no idea until the very end how butchered my hair looks. The hair cut isn't technically but its not at all what I wanted or described.

Stylist didn't seem to have a lot of experience in special occasion styles. Showed at least 3 photos of what was needed. Hair looked nothing like it should have. Stylist was finished in less than 30 minutes. Online website quoted $45 for special occasion hairdos and ended up being charged $60. I would have been ok paying that had I received the service and style I asked for.

Was overcharged due to no style. Communicated when I made my appointment that I wanted a shampoo, cut and style; Mary did not put any product in my hair nor did she curl it, and charged me 40 dollars, which should have been discounted , will not go there again, had good experiences before and everyone else always spent time styling my hair, very disappointed, thanks

I have been here several times, never a great haircut but never bad until this last time on 6/12, My hair was uneven in the back. It looked horrible. I will NOT be returning to this salon EVER AGAIN. you truly get what you pay for.
