Came in wanting a long hair cut, was convinced out of my inspo look (a LONG bob). What I recieved is what I would consider to be a mid to shot hair cut. Over 6-8 inches was cut off and I'm pissed as i wanted it tovstay LONG. I also feel like it is my fault for going with the stylists reccomendation and for taking off my glasses, as then I had no idea until the very end how butchered my hair looks. The hair cut isn't technically but its not at all what I wanted or described.

Stylist didn't seem to have a lot of experience in special occasion styles. Showed at least 3 photos of what was needed. Hair looked nothing like it should have. Stylist was finished in less than 30 minutes. Online website quoted $45 for special occasion hairdos and ended up being charged $60. I would have been ok paying that had I received the service and style I asked for.

Was overcharged due to no style. Communicated when I made my appointment that I wanted a shampoo, cut and style; Mary did not put any product in my hair nor did she curl it, and charged me 40 dollars, which should have been discounted , will not go there again, had good experiences before and everyone else always spent time styling my hair, very disappointed, thanks

I have been here several times, never a great haircut but never bad until this last time on 6/12, My hair was uneven in the back. It looked horrible. I will NOT be returning to this salon EVER AGAIN. you truly get what you pay for.

Sadly, I was disappointed with my haircut. I describe it as a "haircut on steroids". Chris, I'm a NEW customer and after describing what I would like, you never once asked, as you whipped my hair off, whether I liked what you were doing. AND, I was facing away from the mirror or else I would have stopped you! I did not want a chop job ... now I'll have to wait months for it to get long enough to do much with a style I like... especially over my ears! I did not want a totally punk/spiked hairdo! You may "think you know" what a client wants, but you cut SO FAST and didn't once ask me how I liked what you had done so far. You need to slow down and connect with your client. I definitely got a sense that you don't enjoy that interaction, but it would have been advantageous for us both if you had. Cutting slower and stopping as you go to ask if your client, especially a brand new client, is happy with how the cut is looking so far is essential and would benefit you greatly.
