Perhaps if the salon had a cozy feeling, clients would stay and for additional services. Or, perhaps you could offer a brow shape with a haircut (or tint), brow tint with hair color, or haircut and mani combo. Perhaps, offer a warm beverage in the winter and a refreshing cool beverage in the summer to let us feel pampered. I take advantage of dropping in without an appointment (which I love) but for your sakes, I hope business picks up!

The service I received during my haircut was definitely a 10, but the initial greeting when I first entered didn't feel friendly. Love my haircut!

Awesome pedicures. I just wish they would add paraffin wax. The people are wonderful friendly and funny.

I'm a bit of a procrastinator so I like that I can get an appointment pretty easily, if not same day then during the same week. The ladies are very nice and I've had my hair done by most of them during the two years I've been going here. I don't feel pressured to see the same stylist - one reason I can easily get an appointment. I used to drive to downtown portland for my haircare, but really like the switch for convenience and ease on the pocket book. I have sent my friends and my teenage daughters here and they have all had good experiences.
