Have been here multiple times. Last few were disappointing. Despite being told it was a slow day with only four people in that day and only one at that time, my haircut was very rushed and uneven. I had questions about gel that were briefly answered. I did not even realized that my sideburned had not been cut till I was home, which was my fault. Perhaps it was because I was a walk in men's cut at 5 and they close at 6, not sure. But my other negative experiences have also been as a walk in. Continues to be a worse experience each time I come, which is unfortunate because I really liked it the first time I came but this will be my last experience here.
