I was disappointed because I had to tell my stylist several times what I wanted in my long overdue haircut. I felt like she completely ignored what I was saying and didn't listen to me at all. After 3 go arounds, she finally got it the way I wanted it. Better late than never, but I prefer a stylist who listens.

Definitely not worth the $150 I paid for. Then got told I couldn't get it fixed until I called there for manager. Usually its good quality service.

Mostly a good experience except that they cut my bangs way too short and dropped product on my face, causing a burn.

I love coming to Salon Rouge, I even travel from out of town to continue coming. Unfortunately, my usual stylist was not available. I am very pleased with how my color and cut turned out, but a little disappointed with the overall experience. I was not checked in on as I sat with my foils and the customer service was not as high as it usually is. I was also shocked with the price being $25 more than I have paid in the past because toner was applied to my hair that was not discussed during the consultation. I have gotten the same highlights and cut before and never with the toner so this was a shock financially at the time. I still love this salon, just frustrated with the service and lack of communication this time. I hope to get my next appointment with usual stylist.
