I've come to Salon Rouge for several hair coloring appointments now, and overall I really enjoy them. However, this last time I was pretty disappointed that my hair stylist didn't even make an attempt to clean my face or neck after dyeing my hair a deep red. She merely asked "You're not working today right?" and then did not proceed to try to clean up my hair line, neck, chin, or ears. I've had good experiences with Salon Rouge and I will continue to go there, however, for spending $100+ on getting my hair all over color and trim, I think my stylist should make clean my face up a bit so I could at least run some errands after my appointment if I had to. I understand that hair dye gets on the skin, and does fade away. But, again my disappointment was with the fact that my stylist did not even try to clean it up. She just left me with red dye marks on my face, chin, ears, and neck. So much so I had to run home to scrub my face before I could go anywhere.

I was slightly disappointed. I called confirming my appointment with Taylor (I think) and was told who and how much my cut/style would be (35 with Lexi) and at that time I asked if they could also curl my hair. I was informed normally a curl is free but maybe ($10) if more extensive but normally a cut comes with some sort of style. I was expecting to spend 45 plus tip just to be safe. When I arrived someone else cut my hair. At check-out I was informed that the hair with curl was 55. When looking up the talent who cut and styled my hair she normally charges $40. So adding loose curls was an added $15? This is not the first time the quoted haircut the talent member charges (per online website) doesn't match with what I'm charged at check-out. The girl who cut and styled my hair was super nice it is just the charging and communication doesn't match up. I ended up spending about 70 dollars on a hair cut with loose curls. I don't think stylist should be changed or prices changed without informing the customer beforehand and I think you need to make sure your website is up to date on charge cost. My stylist was great though and I don't think she knew I was told it would be someone else and a cheaper price, I liked my stylist I just wish I knew she was more expensive than what I was originally told.

I came in a low light correction visit on the crown of my head. My stylist appeared confident but over whelmed. She was doing me and went over to another client and got my color grade 10 on hers grade 1. Then all focus on cleaning up her lighten coverage. During my visit I continued to say are you rushed? Is everything ok? She continued on cutting/ barely trimming my hair. I responded. That's your cut. She reacted then continue on. She wanted me to come back for complete foils to correct since she said she has no time. When checking out she charged me for FULL HEAD COLOR . And she just did CROWN. and hair cut. I felt she was very over rushed and not focused. And I was over charged for visit. Would love feed back from you to get a credit for my visit

i Had a hair color done. My preferred stylist colored my hair. But when it came down to blow dry it and style it she had another person do it. The person who styled it was really nice only I could tell she was inexperienced. I don’t believe she had a cosmetology license, again she was really nice but she struggled with my hair because it’s very thick. My stylist in the mean time was working with her other client. This is the second time this happened to me with this stylist. I’m not one to complain but if I felt like I got professional color but when it came down to blow dry and style it I could’ve have gone a beauty college to get that service at lower price for what I got. I don’t know why it’s happened twice now or if they are not scheduling enough time with clients but I felt like I didn’t get the service I deserve and I don’t know if I’ll go back to this salon.

Everyone at the salon was very nice, and the location was great. However, my hair doesn't look like the reference photo I brought in. The stylist I had said she never had done a pixie cut before and I should have just cancelled at that point. She did a poor job and called in a more experienced stylist to fix it. She made it look much better, but when I got home and looked in a close mirror I realized how off it is still. I regret not leaving when I found out she didn't know how to do the cut.
