Costs too much for just a haircut and didn't even get it washed plus I got one hair care product and it was $89 can't afford it.

I was there earlier in the year and enjoyed my experience. Came back and said I wanted the same thing (light brown with caramel highlights)... came out of there with solid darker brown hair than when I went in? Paid $130 for something I could have got from a box? Very disappointed. I don't understand what happened? She had the foils in my hair for well over an hour....it even burnt my scalp?

For those of us who are unaware of the credit/debit card rules, it would be helpful for the staff to ask if it is credit or debit when paying for services. I gave my debit card for payment today and it was run as a credit card. They assured me that payment would be taken from my bank account and I would not be billed, but that remains to be seen. It may be that they are correct but it was an uncomfortable situation for me.

Today I had Stefanie do color on my hair. I can't tell you how happy I am with it. LOVE isn't a strong enough word. Every time I visit this salon I am treated so well, and the staff is absolutely amazing. I would recommend this salon to everyone. My Mom came with and even commented that "there was not one bad cut or color that left this salon." I think I've helped her find a new salon! ;)
