I have being coming here since we moved to the area for over a year now. The level of service and care I receive from Diana is exceptional however the salon is always extremely busy. The stylists including my own seem to be booked with overlapping appointments which doesn’t make me feel like I am a priority. My visit today for example there was an error made at the time of booking so my appointment did not include time allotted for a haircut. Diana did her best to make the haircut happen which included having to have my hair styled by one of her assistants. She was very sweet and did a wonderful job but I felt guilty for adding to her already jam packed schedule. I feel like when I am spending almost $200 to come to the salon to have my hair done each time that it should be more enjoyable. An afternoon of pampering and conversation instead I feel like I am left to process through the steps of an assembly line. If I didn’t really like Diana and love the way she does my hair I honestly would consider going elsewhere.

I had an 8:00 am appointment. Stylist was prompt which was great,however at 8:45, someone came over to tell her that her 9:00 appointment had arrived. My stylist wasn't even finished foiling my hair. I felt very rushed after that. I'd appreciate not being rushed through my appointment. I paid for time with a stylist. Feeling like a number when I left

Diana, my hairstylist, always is so caring and listens to any requests I may have. She’s professional and very knowledgeable. I trust her recommendations on styling my hair. Loved my hair today!!!

Colorist and stylist were awesome, however, the receptionist was rather abrupt and rude and not at all welcoming. Also, it's a little cold in there.
