Usually upon arrival i have been offered a drink, water or coffee. Today i was not offered anything, and my stylist rushed through the styling. My haircut is great, the straightening job was not. This appointment wasnt perfect as usual. Wont stop me from coming here. Just hope my next visit is better.

My colorist did a great job of doing what I asked. My mom was unhappy with her cut, however. When we got home, she showed me that the area around her ears and neck were not done well. I had to trim it up for her. The same person cut my hair, and worked with me until I was satisfied. Nice guy... but the last guy who cut my hair there did a better job. I’ll ask for him next time! Thanks.

I was getting my hair dried and the beautician across from Hailey blew all her clients hair with her blow dryer in my direction. Really? I don't want another person's hair blown my direction and on my pant legs ect. Really is making me rethink about returning to the salon.
