Felt rushed. She didn’t leave the color on long enough and my grey hair did not dye. I still have grey hair. The dye job is horrible! I could have done a better job with a box of clairol. I have a stubborn grey patch and She tried to say it’s like a birthmark and it didn’t dye. Dye does covers it.

Eyebrows were uneven and left extremely waxy/ couldnt move my eyebrow hair becuase of how much wax was left.. Had hair still on unibrow. Couldnt see this with the small mirror. Girl didn’t prep brows or put anything on them after to help take wax off or ease redness. Was scared to day something because I didn’t want her to mess them up even more. I’m getting married next week, and will now be going elsewhere so they can fix them.

My daughter Sharon received a hair cut for which I paid $50. She is very unhappy with her haircut. She asked for layers and you can hardly tell there are layers. She's been trying to play with her hair all weekend but she's just so unhappy.

I've been coming to this salon for about 10 years now. I haven't even lived in the area for about 3 years now, but I plan trips to come here whenever possible. For the first time ever, I received the worst service I have ever had at my last visit. After being seated and greeted by the hairdresser, I showed a picture of what I was wanting and verbally explained what color I was going for. Usually, my experiences with the staff are rather friendly. They always try to start small talk or ask what is going on in my life. This hairdresser was different, no once did she even ask how my day was no sort of friendliness at all. After finishing putting the color in, she told me I would be sitting there for the next 20 minutes and never once offered me a drink (which I would have liked) or if I needed anything at all. While I sat there and waiting I was rather aggravated with the massive amounts of dye just left on both sides on my face without being cleaned off prior to leaving me there. Once my hair was blown dried and I could finally see the color and asked what I thought, I told the truth that what I had wanted was much darker like the picture I had shown her. When I insinuated that I wanted it to be darker as I still had 1 hour and 15 minutes left to my appointment time, she immediately got visibly annoyed at this request. Being the customer she couldn't say no, so she hurriedly slapped on more dye to then leave me sitting there for another 20 minutes where once again I was not offered anything. While I was sitting there the hairdresser next to me, stopped what she was doing to come over and wipe the globs of hair dye off my face which had been neglected again. Being in a hurry, she clearly put the hairdryer on the hottest setting as she was trying to get me out as fast as possible which did in fact burn my scalp. This by far could not have been a worst experience for me.

Employee was very rough during the entire dying/washing/drying process. Also she gossiped about the bad relationships between her and the other employees, and laughed when another customer got bleach down her clothes which ruined them. Very unprofessional.
