First time I had my nails and hair done. Loved my hair was offered a glass of wine or water my nails peeled after day 2 ok. Cams back for a trim 2 months later $10 more for just a trim no "head massage" they seem so proud to include no offerings of a drink and blah attitude.

I was really disappointed. The back of my shirt is soaking wet. My hair in uneven though the stylist did try to address the issues. By the end I just didn’t want her to do anything else with my hair.

I'm pretty sure I had someone who was fairly new, very nice young girl but upon finishing with me said "this isn't the best balayage I've seen/done but it's not bad". Not necessarily satisfied with my results and the way she even felt/expressed to me how the job was done. Definitely doesn't help with someone's self esteem. I didn't not enjoy my experience, she was very kind throughout, but even when she said that phrase and then asked me to come back two weeks later and we could fix it threw me off. She felt she didn't do a great job, charged me full price and then asked me to come back to pay that same price and do the same thing again in two weeks? I'm just not feeling good about the situation at all.

Spent $150 for highlights, toner and conditioning treatment. The price is fine I typically spend around 120 there tip included. This time it was 150 and I left still having so much yellow and orange in my hair. Honestly feel like I just threw $150 in the garbage :(

I was disappointed that a number of the staff were not wearing masks properly (noses exposed). There was another client in the seat next to me which was within 6 feet who was not wearing a mask while she was sitting there processing. Also, I was sitting in a seat while I was processing. I was asked to move to another seat and they put another client right into my seat without any wiping down or sanitization. Fortunately, I have already recovered from COVID, but had I not, I would have been extremely uncomfortable here. I think there were a lot of risky behaviors for spread - lack of appropriate social distancing, poor or no mask wear, and lack of sanitization. I have to admit, I was very disappointed and I will not be returning.

The salon and front staff were very nice and the aura of environment was very nice, upscale. However, it was my first time visiting and the stylist was running late. Okay, it happens, an assistant shampooed me and she was really great. The minute I met my stylist, it wasn't "good to meet you", just "what are we doing". She made me feel like I was bothering her. It was very harsh, no conversation (not for the lack of trying) and about half way in, I would have loved to have just gotten up and walked away. I didn't feel heard it what I wanted, she "bashed" my hair, damage and lack of cut. There was no smiling, nice chat, nothing. She told me she was probably too busy to finish my hair style, (that would have been fine with me) and then she said I hadn't told her how I wore my hair. UGH....to top it off, I had to pay for a way over priced haircut and terrible experience. Then she showed me a product she had used and wanted me to get it, over priced as well. The front girl was sweet, got me a sample of it. Though I did feel pressured to leave a tip. I will not be going back, I couldn't wait to get out and it doesn't even look like I got a haircut. I will not asked to be contacted back as I don't want to have a confrontation about it or ask her to "redo it" or refund, as that would be just as bad. I have just learned a very expensive lesson!
