Mixed feelings. My hair does look nice. She got the part and the length right. And she seemed like she was taking her time to really do a good job. But. I asked for lots of layers. I showed photos of people with many layers. And in the salon I thought, well, my hair is just laying so flat I can't even see them, but she tried. Because she was meticulously cutting stuff, which doesn't seem necessary for a straight across cut. And I thought I'd just style it so they could be seen. But now that I'm home and can see it up close. It really is just the one layer. So, it looks nice, it's just not at all what I asked for or wanted.
