I liked the hair cut. But it wasn't what I wanted at all. I asked for curly, blonde, and long in the front. I got chin length, straight, and she dyed it the exact same color brown I already had. I didn't mind paying for the cut because I liked it. But it made me sick paying that much to dye my hair the same color. I could have gotten a box dye and done it myself. In fact, I will in a couple months to fix it. The entire time she complained about some lady stealing her stool. I also was interested in buying some products for my hair. But she only told me about one and I couldn't hear what she said because it was so noisy in there. So I ended up not buying any. Then to make matters worse, she had curly long blonde hair herself. I was like, why couldn't you do that on me like I asked for?? I felt like I was being rushed through the process and not asked enough questions about what I wanted. Like she decided to donate my hair without asking me first. I would have liked to have kept it. The chair was really uncomfortable to sit in that long. I hope the new building has more comfortable chairs for people. The shampoo assistant was really good. They were friendly to me at least. I won't be going back though.

My appointment was at 3:15. I waited for roughly 35 minutes before my hair appointment actually began. I just needed a hair trim and I didn’t leave the salon until 4:40. During my time I witnessed another hair stylist express annoyance or irritation with a client to the receptionist. I’m wondering how often this actually happens. I do not think I want to come back.

If employees don’t like touching hair, then I don’t believe they should be in the salon industry. I wanted a gel manicure during my first visit here yet I wasn’t informed to specify gel versus standard (even though the phone girl mentioned how It would be my first visit there). Standard manicures” are the price of what a gel manicure would cost and the polish comes off within 7 days. Not worth my time or money and got a Very off-putting vibe during my first two experiences.

Employee was very rough during the entire dying/washing/drying process. Also she gossiped about the bad relationships between her and the other employees, and laughed when another customer got bleach down her clothes which ruined them. Very unprofessional.

I've been coming to this salon for about 10 years now. I haven't even lived in the area for about 3 years now, but I plan trips to come here whenever possible. For the first time ever, I received the worst service I have ever had at my last visit. After being seated and greeted by the hairdresser, I showed a picture of what I was wanting and verbally explained what color I was going for. Usually, my experiences with the staff are rather friendly. They always try to start small talk or ask what is going on in my life. This hairdresser was different, no once did she even ask how my day was no sort of friendliness at all. After finishing putting the color in, she told me I would be sitting there for the next 20 minutes and never once offered me a drink (which I would have liked) or if I needed anything at all. While I sat there and waiting I was rather aggravated with the massive amounts of dye just left on both sides on my face without being cleaned off prior to leaving me there. Once my hair was blown dried and I could finally see the color and asked what I thought, I told the truth that what I had wanted was much darker like the picture I had shown her. When I insinuated that I wanted it to be darker as I still had 1 hour and 15 minutes left to my appointment time, she immediately got visibly annoyed at this request. Being the customer she couldn't say no, so she hurriedly slapped on more dye to then leave me sitting there for another 20 minutes where once again I was not offered anything. While I was sitting there the hairdresser next to me, stopped what she was doing to come over and wipe the globs of hair dye off my face which had been neglected again. Being in a hurry, she clearly put the hairdryer on the hottest setting as she was trying to get me out as fast as possible which did in fact burn my scalp. This by far could not have been a worst experience for me.
