We heard about Cookie Cutters from my daughter’s best friend who just got a haircut there. The place is spacious, clean and colorful. Jasmine is very friendly, helpful and pleasant. It’s my daughter’s first time experience in a hair salon, I’m so glad that we went to Cookie Cutters.
