My 1st experience at this salon was great. Unfortunately the second visit was not as grewt. I wish there was more consistency. I expect the staff to be friendly and helpful ay each visit, we did have different stylists so I will not schedule with the person we had on the second visit again.

My son got a great hair cut. My daughter, not so much. I'm am definitely not good at describing what kind of cut she normally gets at our regular hair cut place. I didn't do a good job with that. But also, I"m not a professional hair cutter so I would hope for the stylist/haircutter to have asked more questions or clarified or even guided me in the right direction more. It's way too short and very choppy. I will definitely bring my son back but my daughter will not be back.

Second visit today. My son wasn't happy about a haircut today which wasn't a first for him but the haircut left much to be desired. Looks really choppy and not blended between the top scissor cut and bottom clipper cut. Some areas weren't cut at all. I fixed what I could once I got home and really got a good look at his hair.

The facility was not very clean (the play equipment and bathroom). Our stylist did not introduce herself, and seemed uninterested in working with kids, although she did a good job.

Roberta did my child's cut great. However she didn't have much of a personality. No smile at all. Totally not personable which was a disappointment compared to every other time we have gone in. She wasn't rude which was good but customer service was definitely lacking. She didn't make the experience more fun for my child than if I had taken them to Great Clips. The cut was good and the Netflix playing is great as well as the seating options. Also the young lady with the blond hair wasn't very nice either. Didn't get her name. She seemed in a hurry to take a break or leave. Just wasn't the experience we had previously.

My son had an appointment for 6:15 PM. We wanted earlier, but that was all that was available on-line. We arrived promptly at 6:15 and had to wait 20-25 minutes for a 10 minute cut. The Internet was down, so the TVs were not working. The stylist was very good with my crying/scared son, but the cut was way too short.
