My little guy was not having it, but they were patient and pulled out all the tricks to occupy him during his haircut. The cut it self looks great! Thank you!

Even though I had scheduled an appointment. I waited 15 min to be called.

There was only hairdresser so when we walked in on Saturday she said she had 2:15 open as she is the only person and that they are trying to hire more people. It may have been helpful to even have a person who just answered the phone, talked with the customers and checked people out as it would have helped the hairdresser attend to her clients. My son took is daughter then at 2:15 and I believe they were happy and did not have to wait long.

The service was great. I’m just not thrilled with the price. For a few dollars more, we could go to a salon and get the same service but also get the hair dried.

The atmosphere was wonderfully kid-friendly and adorable, the gal who greeted us was sweet and upbeat, however the hair stylist who worked on my son's hair seemed to have little experience with a longer hair style for a boy, or at least she asked a lot of questions and showed no expertise/intuition when working on my son's hair. She also seemed either stressed or unhappy the whole time and barely smiled, so it felt even more like she wasn't sure of what we wanted. We did give some instructions, but as with our own hair stylists, it's always nice when a stylist intuitively "gets" what you're asking for and takes the lead after you've explained, but by the end she still didn't seem to understand even though we asked her to correct the front of my son's hair a little. She still didn't fully correct it, but I didn't feel like really making more effort so we just let it be. For the price point and positive ambiance experience, this was fine, but I wanted to share the feedback.

The stylist was very nice and very patient when it came to my 2 boys. I just felt like she was either a new stylist or not familiar with working with wiggly children. She nicked both of my sons ears with the trimmer (it happens with wiggly kids but she didn't seem comfortable cutting their hair) The cut was uneven all over and on my one sons hair cut the back of his neck line was very uneven... I loved the environment and the staff were so friendly and patient but I would have liked to have someone more experienced cutting kids hair.
