My two boys have autism and getting their haircuts is always just nerve wrecking but since coming here it’s been great and I’m not scared doing haircuts without dad anymore! I really appreciate how sweet everyone is when I go in and how amazing my kids look when we leave vs. moms old haircuts at home lol thanks for everything you do!

Our stylist today (Roberta) made no effort whatsoever to be kind, friendly or make my child feel at ease while getting his haircut. She actually seemed annoyed that she had to cut his hair. The haircut is not great either. Super disappointed with the experience today yet didn’t want to make a big deal out of it with my child present so I regrettably left a tip. Front desk person was friendly and welcoming. Other stylist not cutting my child’s hair made an effort to be friendly to us and greeted my baby.

Brianne remembered us from last time and knew just how I liked his hair cut using just scissors and was very cautious about his cowlick in the back. She did a very nice job with our time constraints. She listened so well last time that I was so please I came back and will do so again. Thanks for such professionalism. She did a great job pleasing 3 different adults.

My son got a great hair cut. My daughter, not so much. I'm am definitely not good at describing what kind of cut she normally gets at our regular hair cut place. I didn't do a good job with that. But also, I"m not a professional hair cutter so I would hope for the stylist/haircutter to have asked more questions or clarified or even guided me in the right direction more. It's way too short and very choppy. I will definitely bring my son back but my daughter will not be back.

They totally butchered my sons hair cut. My son had long hair that I simply wanted trimmed to be out of his eyes and they took at least four inches off and it looks horrible. It’s uneven and patchy and I don’t even want to try and get it evened out because he’d be almost bald. I’m so upset. We had family pictures next week and I canceled them because I don’t want to remember by son this way. I cried. I won’t be back, I sent my mom in with my son and she said she asked for what I wanted and they instantly ignored her and took too much off. I realize he’s a little kid, but you should still listen to what we the parents ask for. I just wanted his bangs trimmed out of his eyes. All that was required would have been half an inch.

The stylist was very talented, patient, calm and understanding. She also did a great job fixing a botched job from another salon. Thank you!
