I'm always impressed with my son's haircut at Cookie Cutters. He is only 18 months which is a tough age and he cries most of the haircut, but the stylists are always great with him. They distract him with toys and bubbles and are quick to cut his hair, but they do a professional job too. I'd highly recommend Cookie Cutters.

There was only hairdresser so when we walked in on Saturday she said she had 2:15 open as she is the only person and that they are trying to hire more people. It may have been helpful to even have a person who just answered the phone, talked with the customers and checked people out as it would have helped the hairdresser attend to her clients. My son took is daughter then at 2:15 and I believe they were happy and did not have to wait long.

I come here because it's the only place my kid will sit for a hair cut. So I keep coming back. However, this salon is horrible at answering their phone. Last week I literally called 5 times over two days and no one picked up. And it was during business hours. And than I get it... it's a quick haircut for a child but I regularly once I get home have to go back and trim 3-5 chunks that they miss every time.

I believe I was overcharged and didn't realize it until much later after I already left - not for the haircut, but for the product that was purchased.
