After reading a ton of reviews and weighing my options, I decided to bite the bullet and make an appointment (which was very easy to do). My almost 2.5 year old daughter had never had a haircut and was starting to look pretty wild (think unkempt baby mullet). She is not a fan of anything in her hair and refuses to have ponytails or anything of the sort, so I was extremely nervous about how the experience would play out. Fortunately, all my anxiety was for nothing because everything turned out great. My daughter loved sitting in the pink car while watching her favorite show and Richelle was awesome! I was super impressed with her skill, professionalism and efficiency. My daughter walked out happy with a cute bob, balloon, lollipop, and a "First Haircut" certificate. Although it is a bit of a drive for us, we ended up purchasing a 5-haircut package, and will definitely be back.

Another great experience at Cookie Cutters today! Ms. Tanya, got my son's hair all cleaned up. He looks great! We made an appointment online ahead of time so there was no waiting. My son enjoyed watching a show of his choice while his hairs were cut. He got play on the indoor play equipment while I was taking care of payment and greatly enjoyed his treat! Thanks for such a positive experience, we'll be back!

We have visited Cookie Cutters twice and have been so impressed both times. The environment is incredibly welcoming and inviting to little clients. The staff is very experienced working with young kids. Lenea has cut my son's hair both times, and she has done a fantastic job. She is incredibly patient and flexible, catering to whatever mood my son was in that day. I highly recommend Cookie Cutters and look forward to future visits.

I took my 18 month old son here for his very 1st haircut and I only have great things to say. Brianne was so great with my son. My only issue is he's looks so grown up now! :-) He looks like a little boy. It was super easy to schedule an appointment online. My son was easily distracted by Elmo, probably because it was his first time seeing him on tv, and didn't fuss at all. I love the little cars and play area and he was so happy to get a balloon. Thank you for such a wonderful experience and a lock of his hair too.
