The service was fantastic! Jessie was very quick and Samuel looks great. The environment is great for a toddler to run around.

This was little ones first haircut and it was a great experience! Our stylist Fran was kind and patient.

My son hates having his hair cut to the point of kicking, screaming, crying, etc, so we tried Cookie Cutters hoping to have a positive experience. He was at the salon for 10 minutes before he realized he doesn't like getting his hair cut! There was still some reluctance on his part, and a few tears, but overall it was a much happier experience than past hair cuts. Worth every penny, and then some!

I believe I was overcharged and didn't realize it until much later after I already left - not for the haircut, but for the product that was purchased.

I come here because it's the only place my kid will sit for a hair cut. So I keep coming back. However, this salon is horrible at answering their phone. Last week I literally called 5 times over two days and no one picked up. And it was during business hours. And than I get it... it's a quick haircut for a child but I regularly once I get home have to go back and trim 3-5 chunks that they miss every time.

There was only hairdresser so when we walked in on Saturday she said she had 2:15 open as she is the only person and that they are trying to hire more people. It may have been helpful to even have a person who just answered the phone, talked with the customers and checked people out as it would have helped the hairdresser attend to her clients. My son took is daughter then at 2:15 and I believe they were happy and did not have to wait long.
