Comment
Issues arose during check in process. We arrived on time for our 2:30 appointment and then waited for almost 10 min before my wife finally went up to front desk and asked what was going on. For some reason they said they thought we had a 3pm appointment and didn’t even know who we were. This needs to be fixed as entertaining a 2yr old is not easy... other than that, everything was great including the cut, styalist and check out. In fact we even bought the 5 cut package deal. I hope these check in issues are much better in future visits.
