Roberta was neither pleasant nor professional. This is the worst haircut we’ve ever had. Too short, completely uneven and she did not listen and seemed very rushed even though there were no other customers in the store.

Roberta did my child's cut great. However she didn't have much of a personality. No smile at all. Totally not personable which was a disappointment compared to every other time we have gone in. She wasn't rude which was good but customer service was definitely lacking. She didn't make the experience more fun for my child than if I had taken them to Great Clips. The cut was good and the Netflix playing is great as well as the seating options. Also the young lady with the blond hair wasn't very nice either. Didn't get her name. She seemed in a hurry to take a break or leave. Just wasn't the experience we had previously.

Richelle was very nice to my daughter. It was her first haircut and she helped eased her anxiety. She did a great job cutting my daughter's hair and was very pleasant. Overall a good first haircut experience. one of the other employees was a bit harsh with my child that wasn't getting a haircut, but other than that, pretty good experience.
