I arrived at 2:00 for a 2:15 appointment and wasn't sat at a chair until 2:40 (after asking when I would be called back). Then the haircut took over 20 minutes. Everyone who came in after me had come and gone by then. My child's haircut was such a disaster that after we washed it and let it dry, we had to buzz all of his hair off. Some parts were way too short (like 1/2 inch on the top of his head) and some parts were so awkwardly long (like 2 inches on the side of his head). He has beautiful curls and I asked to keep some of the length so my husband and I were so sad when we had to buzz it off. I will never be coming back here.

I wish I would rate 0 to the store, today’s experience was extremely bad. Sabrina was really unprofessional and super rude. She spent 0 time to communicate with my son and she called him mushroom head. The whole process was so unprofessional, zero patience, horrible haircut. she was trying to finish the cutting within 10 minutes. I would not recommend anyone visit. Very disappointing.

Sabrina (I believe) cut my son’s hair and she was fine. My daughter was also supposed to get a shampoo and cut but the stylist (I think her name was Belinda) refused to put on a mask before washing and cutting my daughter’s hair. She told me she was a “healthy vegan” and wasn’t going to pass anything on to my kids. When I explained that my kids aren’t vaccinated, she said she wasn’t either. We left without getting my daughter’s hair cut. I think it’s outrageous that a hair cut place exclusively marketed to young kids - the same group that cannot get vaccinated yet-would allow this. At the very least, stylists should be required to mask up when asked for the safety of the kids. We will not be returning.

Worst haircut ever, the woman who did the haircut for my son was so careless for cutting his hair on the side and forehead. Some parts on the side were not cut at all
