When I get a 2:30pm reservation I expect a 2:30 not 3:09 because the front desk allowed a 15 minute late family go in front of us. Look I understand being late but 15 minutes and still getting served before folks who got their before them is just poor poor service. Maybe the manager didn’t want to lose a family of 3 for a family of one, which is discrimination to us with one child. It was explained to me there were MULTIPLE late families in front of us and that the manager had spoken to the owner “many times” about her late was policy but at that point I was done. I’ll nevr come back. Oh yea and the cut was shit! Alex F

Horrible experience X2 with my boys today and the stylist did not seem to have experience with young children. Both my boys have botched haircuts and are traumatized getting their hair cut again.

They saw my son over 15 minutes late and his hair cut was horrible. The stylist had an attitude that was uncalled for. Rude.

My son received his second horrible haircut. I am not bringing him back.

Stylist didn’t listen to what we wanted at all. We said we wanted the bangs a little bit above the eyebrows. She Cut the bangs way to short, and uneven. My child looks ridiculous. This is the worst visit we’ve ever had.

We have been going to a different Cookie Cutters location for almost 2 years and have loved it. We needed to go to this one for scheduling reasons, and it was a horrible mistake. Our stylist, Karyn was awful. No introduction, no smile, no greeting. She didn’t let him watch TV, even though we asked multiple times. She would grab his shirt collar to get him closer to her and pull and push his head. I could go on and on. We didn’t get the haircut we wanted and I’ll have to take him again somewhere else. This was probably his 8th haircut and he’s never cried. He was hysterical throughout most of it. Just go somewhere else.
