Good afternoon. I hate to be writing this as I am a frequent customer and love your business so much that I invested into one of your prepaid cards. I believe today was our 4th or 5th visit and usually I am beyond satisfied with my service but today’s stylist was Terrible. My sons hair is so choppy and uneven,I had her stop because I didn’t want her to cut anymore so I told her it was fine and left. I got into my car and cried . He starts his first day of “school” (he’s only 2) on Friday and I wasn’t hoping for great pictures but now with his hair I’m upset. The stylist was super sweet but she had no idea what she was doing ,multiple times she asked me what blades to use and which sides to do next.
