Cut my child’s ear Very nice stylist but understaffed 30 minutes behind scheduled appointment time

When booking, we were told to come on time or a few minutes before since they were really busy and if we were late we would need to reschedule. We arrived 15 minutes before and didn’t get called until 15 minutes after our appointment time. They also took a family who walked in after us. Very disappointing for first time customers, although I understand this is the nature of working with kids I just feel it was unprofessional to tell us not to be late and then take another family before us. The hairdresser made up for the initial disappointment she was very friendly and worked well with our son.

We started to bring our son there since his first haircut on his first birthday. We have always used Sabrina. She has always been great with our son and us as well. She always does a good job with his hair and his whole experience. This time when I went in I was alittle upset at the front desk person. I always schedule my appointments online with the same person around the same time. Apparently this time they didn’t see our appointment I made online. The front desk person asked our last name and found us but did not find us with Sabrina. That did not make sense since you tell us she already had an appointment at 915. I told her we were not going to leave so I guess that’s ok. Sabrina much of heard of talking and came over to talk to the lady. I don’t know what she said but she then had called us over. She is awesome!!!

The place was empty when we came in and There were crumbs all over the table in the waiting area, with lots of little kids around that’s gross. Also, when I bought the prepaid card for hair cuts during our first visit. It was never explained to me that shampoos were separate from haircuts. Ive never been to a salon that charges more for that.

We had to wait 20 minutes even though we had an appointment.

Had to wait 30 minutes past our appointment time. Great haircut, though, and excellent suggestions from the stylist.
