As a mom with a kid on the spectrum haircuts can become a nightmare. Ever since coming to cookie cutters they always make me and my son feel loved and welcome. They take their time with him and don’t get upset when he’s crying. I tell everyone with kids to come here!

My son and I love Cookie Cutters. The staff is professional yet warm, and the haircuts (by KeKe) are always awesome. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my son's hair care!

Our 17 month old son was very nervous at the start of the cut this time because of how the last time went (buzzer used for the first time without any introduction time for a very quick no-nonsense cut). While he did cry when the clippers started this time, I think the overall presence of the stylist helped to calm him down. She was calm and took her time; he seemed to match that feeling (rather than getting more riled up by going fast to get over and done with it quicker). She was very interested in our thoughts on how the cut was looking at various points throughout the haircut before proceeding which I’m very glad for. By giving us those opportunities to speak out, it felt comfortable to actual do so when we thought it could be shorter etc. Cut seems the best one so far!

We had a wonderful experience. The staff was wonderful, specifically our stylist Sheri. She was so sweet, gentle and efficient and gave our son a super cute haircut. The space looked pretty rough though. Might be time to replace some of the chairs and flooring.
