The stylist was very nice who cut my son's hair but we had to wait half an hour even though we had a scheduled appointment Also, this isn't for me but for the staff... the staff break room needs some TLC. They always have the door open and it has just some sad folding chairs and dim lighting. After dealing with kids all day long, the staff deserve a nicer break area at the Timonium location

I don't understand why I had to wait 20 mins after my appt time. My son's appt was for 5pm and he didn't get into the chair until 5:20. If you schedule an appt, don't take a walk-in 20 mins before an appt thinking you can squeeze that child in. It doesn't make any sense. I took the time to schedule an appt just to wait when we got there?!

Took my 20 mo son here for his first cut. We liked that they had indoor playground equipment for before and after the appointment. Our stylist, Anita, spoke really softly and we couldn't really hear her over the noise of the kids. She also said some really odd things, didn't let us choose what video to put on for our son, she wasn't really that great with him either. She did a pretty good job with the cut considering he was very squirmy and crying the whole time, which I knew he would be. Overall an okay experience but we'll probably try the white marsh location next time to see if the staff are any better.

Had to wait 30 minutes past our appointment time. Great haircut, though, and excellent suggestions from the stylist.
