Store was closed at 9am, the time of our appointment. The stylist arrived at approximately 9:08 and did not offer any apology. Someone (I believe a manager) called me at 9:04 after I left a voicemail saying we were there and the store was close. The manager informed me the stylist was running late due to traffic. But the stylist not apologizing herself was poor form. Clients are told there is a 5 minute grace period, after that their appointment will be canceled. Customers expect the same courtesy.

My child was not greeted or smiled at. The staff who cut their hair barely acknowledged us as they quickly completed the cut.

Was not pleased at all with the haircut my son recieved by one of your employees. It was Denise that cut my son's hair. She destroyed it and also cut the back of his neck really bad. He now has a scar. I've never had an issue with this place before now. It's inexcusable. I probably won't be bringing him back after that just because of the trauma he went through.

My son received an awful haircut. I specifically requested Brittany. Although she was available, she did not cut my son's hair. Carly did and she did an awful job. I am embarrassed of his hair cut.

We have been coming to this location for over a year however the past 2 visits they have been running very behind on the appointment time. By the time we are called it’s the next appointment slot.

Very busy, felt like stylists were in "robot mode" with no personalization, conversation, etc.
