I went online this morning around 9am to book/reschedule an appointment. I accidentally booked 2 appointments, 1 for 11:15 and 1 for 11:30. I called the Lutherville/Timonium store, to confirm that I needed only 1 appointment. We agreed to cancel the 11:30. I arrived with my toddler at 11:10 for our 11:15 appointment, and was informed by the worker that it would be a few minutes wait, cause she has another customer. "A few" minutes turned into 11:35, when she finally took us. I had warned her from the begining that my son, like most toddlers, can be unccoperative at times. I told her that I've previously only taken him to salons that specialize with senior citizens, and was hoping that a place catering to kids would be a better environment for him. As predicted, he began to cry as soon as she put the cape on him, and proceeded to scream throughout the appointment. I did my best to keep him calm and happy, but to no avail. The stylist was extremely rude and told me that "maybe dad should have brought him in". I can only imagine how a single parent would feel by that comment. She was extremely rude to the customer nefore me as well, and rolled her eyes at a grandma/other kid. She has poor customer service especially with children. I will not be back and i will not recommend this salon to my friends.
