This is the only place I take my 2 year old son for a haircut. We love it but I do think the price is a little high for a kids cut. I also haven't received another coupon even though I keep being told they will be emailed to me- I got the email telling me it was time for another appt but no coupon. Besides that, I would recommend Cookie Cutters to everyone with small (and bigger) kids.

We love coming to Cookie Cutters - Kiki is the best! Both our kids love it and the cuts are great value. We have no criticism of any kind for the wonderful stylists. However, yesterday was concerning due to crowding inside and lack of mask usage by other kids. Throughout the pandemic, Cookie Cutters has has been good about scheduling appropriately so that there is, at most, one other family inside. This was not the case yesterday, however, and therefore multiple families were waiting in the waiting area. Further, mask usage was not being enforced; a screaming kid without a mask puts off a LOT of respiratory droplets at high velocity into the air. I know everyone is in a tough spot, but it made me really rethink coming in the future as long as the pandemic (and higher-contagion straints!) are in circulation, or continuing to recommend to friends as a safe option. Please revisit your scheduling strategy and safety protocols to ensure safety and comfort.

Love Cookie Cutters for my 20 month old. Only place I take him for haircuts. They honored a coupon that was expired which was much appreciated. I've recommended this place to many friends as it's a great experience for little ones. Kinda wish the person cutting his hair was a little more engaged but I understand it's tough when you're cutting a scared toddler's hair.

While we were there yesterday, there was a special needs child getting his hair cut. He was very unhappy, but I know being an ex-teacher, that this happens. It was a bit of a tense few minutes while this child cried getting his hair cut. However, the staff remained calm and ok throughout and that allowed my child to remain calm. Since I understood what was happening, I was fine too. I just wanted to praise this staff for keeping cool under more difficult circumstances. Kids with special needs need their hair cut too. It is nice to know there are folks who can handle the situation with tact and help a special needs family indeed get their child's haircut. My son and I were fine. It was a teachable moment for mt little boy as well as we discussed why the other child was crying during his haircut, on our way home. I will continue to support any business that does such a service for special needs children. Nice job, Cookie Cutters, Lutherville!

Hair in a pile on the floor, right after opening. Cleanliness needs to be improved. Otherwise got a great cut and people were friendly
