Took my 20 mo son here for his first cut. We liked that they had indoor playground equipment for before and after the appointment. Our stylist, Anita, spoke really softly and we couldn't really hear her over the noise of the kids. She also said some really odd things, didn't let us choose what video to put on for our son, she wasn't really that great with him either. She did a pretty good job with the cut considering he was very squirmy and crying the whole time, which I knew he would be. Overall an okay experience but we'll probably try the white marsh location next time to see if the staff are any better.

The computer system was a huge problem and caused a 15-20 min delay for people. However, ALICIA, cut my grandson's hair and did an excellent job as well as was great with him. Kudos to Alicia

I really didn't want to say anything in the shop because I didn't want to embarass the stylist, Alicia. I could tell she tried her best, she was so friendly and happy to cut my sons hair, but she ended up taking far too much of his bangs off. Not only that but what is left of his bangs are very unevenly cut, and even tho she asked me how I style his hair she didn't layer it to blend in with the rest. I think she realized she did something wrong because she did ask the other stylist that was in for help, but his hair still wasn't layered. I asked my son what he wanted to do when we got home since it looks like to make it even his hair would have to be cut extremely short but he said he didn't want to do that since he likes his long hair. The good news is hair grows back so it won't be short for much longer. I am just disappointed that we got a bad cut this time around when in the past his haircuts have been excellent. We love Cookie Cutters and hope for a better outcome next time.

They saw my son over 15 minutes late and his hair cut was horrible. The stylist had an attitude that was uncalled for. Rude.
