Ariel was so nice and patient with my son. His first hair cut was adorable. She knew exactly how to cut it. I love the certificate that they gave me for his first hair cut which had a small picture of my son and a keepsake of my sons hair attached to it. All the other staff were also so nice. I will definitely be coming back!

Loved that there was a tv to distract him. Gave a 9 because there was a kid in the next station screaming. I was very nervous it was going to make him afraid of the process since it was his first time getting his haircut.
