Hair in a pile on the floor, right after opening. Cleanliness needs to be improved. Otherwise got a great cut and people were friendly

Keke was amazing for my 23 month old. He became nervous with the clippers around his ears and she was very patient with him. She continued to talk to him and I during the whole process and I love how his har cut turned out. I will definitely be back! We recently moved out of the Baltimore area and we do not have a cookie cutters or any children's hair cut places near us! I would love to suggest one to come to the Martinsburg/ Spring Mills, WV area!

Today we visited for the first time, getting our 3 (almost 4 year old's) hair cut for this first time. Ariel was awesome! So patient and very much there to please the parents. Everything from our experience was wonderful! We will certainly be back again.

We love coming to Cookie Cutters for my toddler's haircuts. Ariel does such a wonderful job -- and she's so patient when he fidgets in the chair. Great service at a great value!
