My son is on the autism spectrum. Any new or unfamiliar environment makes him quite uncomfortable. The staff at Cookie Cutters went above and beyond to make my little guy comfortable while getting his hair cut. They were tremendously patient with him. We will most certainly return.

We have gone to this location since it opened. At first it was always very nice and timely. We always make a reservation in advance, but the last few visits they have been taking us late each time. It’s not just a couple of minutes late; it’s been 15-25 minutes each time. It kind of defeats the purpose of having a reservation system. I understand circumstances like someone calling in sick, but not when it happens every time. We don’t mind paying the relatively high price here since it caters to kids, but are considering other options for our daughter and son moving forward. Our stylist was very friendly and did a nice job on our son. No complaint with her at all.
